Mr. Lisanne Kesting is sinds februari 2018 advocaat en heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het bijstaan van ondernemers. Persoonlijk, direct en resultaatgericht.

As an entrepreneur herself, she knows like no other how important it is to be able to focus fully on the growth and development of your business. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, she learned from a young age what it takes to run your own business. Legal 'hassle' needs to be resolved quickly and properly, so you can focus on what's truly important.

Her passion for law has always been focused on one goal: fighting for her clients, both inside and outside the courtroom. With her extensive litigation experience, she knows the ropes and understands what it takes to achieve results.

Her specializations lie within contract law, where she supports entrepreneurs in drafting and reviewing agreements, collecting unpaid claims (debt recovery), and conducting legal procedures. Lisanne assists entrepreneurs in matters concerning liability – whether you want to hold someone liable or are being held liable yourself.

With years of experience at renowned firms in Amsterdam and The Hague, Lisanne combines a practical approach with a keen eye for detail. She is known for her direct and clear communication and makes complex legal matters understandable for her clients.

Lisanne serves a diverse group of entrepreneurs, including many clients with Iranian backgrounds.

Lisanne is beëdigd op 14 februari 2018 en ingeschreven bij de Orde van Advocaten in het arrondissement Amsterdam. Haar rechtsgebieden zijn burgerlijk procesrecht en insolventierecht. In september 2024 werd zij geprofileerd in het Advocatenblad over haar pad naar het ondernemerschap en de oprichting van Kesting Legal.

Mr. L. Kesting heeft in het rechtsgebiedenregister van de Nederlandse orde van advocaten de volgende hoofd- (en sub)rechtsgebieden geregistreerd: Verbintenissenrecht en Insolventierecht (Faillissementen). Op grond van deze registratie is zij verplicht elk kalenderjaar volgens de normen van de Nederlandse orde van advocaten tien opleidingspunten te behalen op ieder geregistreerd hoofdrechtsgebied.
